Danas je objavljen konačni popis nominacija za ovogodišnji VMA koji će se održai u nedjelju 12. rujna u LA-u

Listu nominacija predvodi Lady Gaga koja je nominirana čak 13 puta, a slijedi Eminem s nominacijama za “Best Male Video,” i “Video of the Year” za svoj hit “Not Afraid.”

Sa čak 13 nominacija, Lady Gaga je oborila dva rekorda – najviše nominacija ikada za godišnje VMA i ona je također prva izvođačica koja je s dva različita video spota, “Bad Romance” i “Telephone” nominirana u glavnoj kategoriji “Video of the Year”.

Florence and the Machine i B.o.B. imaju po 5 nominacija, , Ke$ha ima tri, a Justin Bieber je sa svojim spotom “Baby˝ nominiran u kategoriji “Best New Artist”.
